Agile Development - What's Your Biggest Surprise?

I was really curious to hear your perspective on, you know, as somebody who has been involved in agile development since I suppose before the name has been invented. And so that was just a different. Now that's what you can't trust. Luca: Agile has been taken over by the people people and engineering people are nowhere to be found anymore.
