Sleep is not separate to the daytime. Ta the two are intertwined. We've been pushing the night into a smaller and smaller segment of time, and we've been valuing the daytime. And i think we really do need to celebrate the night and go hot on second. There's a reason why almost every animal sleeps. It really matters to us. Even light sleep is like waking ut from a nap, deep sleep, you're not goingto feel great. I thnk, i the key is nap. It is a 20 minute, 15 20 minute nap. Should not be doing is sleeping for an hour in the middle of the day. That that's bad news. But so
