And so for me, it makes sense to go partner with those companies and let them have incurred that first cost of getting into private equity. You don't know how to analyze what is a good business because you don't have a baseline. It's just that if you have no business experience, one, it's tough to get that business owner to say yeah, you're going to be a huge value add to my business.
