The Role of Josephus in the Dating of the Gospels

Ask Dr. Mason how reliance on Josephus could have affected the dating of the gospels and acts. Scott Duke: It has two sides to it, I think. The things he refers to, we can date sometimes and that helps. But if the gospels use Josephus as a finished text, then obviously there are later than his works. There's no evidence of that in the case of Mark or Matthew or John.
