Karen Drexler: I think that the average posture of anyone in the beginning of their workday is to sit down behind their computer and open up their email. She says we all have different rhythms, if you will, but there's a generally universal rhythm for life. We're not actually thinking about which piece should fit where with our schedule, she says. "We just kind of slide things in here like Tetris," Drexler says.
