Nicho houd was a poet who often found himself parting from friends in real life. He didn't just feel a symbolic or figurative distance from people, but a literal absence of friends. I think this step is the the recognition of how a unique responsibility places one apart from other human beings. And so then finally, what is the seventh solitude convalescence? Seventh day when the creator rests, looks upon his new creation and finally comes back to life from this act of self overcoming. It's like the new dawn.
