If you don't have a product or service that's in demand, like it's a nice to have, but it's not, I don't need it, you're in a bit of trouble. So maybe relook at your value proposition and we look at your sales hooks - manage your cash flow and your expenses. If your staff aren't at capacity or at least 90% capacity, find out why and either bring them to capacity in terms of their workload or make some tough decisions.
