How to Make Masala Chai

When I was doing this book I thought you know I have to do my own version and who doesn't like masala chai. So you know I thought that's it combined the two and here is that recipe. There's actually a whole lot of spices that go in and they vary from family to family, home to home. It could be grated with the skin on and also you could add a few cloves in there. You could add a little bit of cinnamon stick in there but these are the basic ones. And then people carry on and sometimes add star anise, they'll add fennel seeds but I usually stop at the three, four spices. I love black pepper
