When the economy's in free fall, just because you have cash doesn't mean the best use is acquiring that competitor necessarily. Entering at a greater fraction increases the odds of exiting at a greater multiple. But also it made me think about your aversion to debt and everything. I'm just wondering if you ever think about it that way too. Like would you then put a little bit of financing to cash yourself out? And then how do you tax your well then?
