In any lobby briefing, the more senior people get to ask the questions first. How do you then either reframe the questions you wants to ask or think of new ones? I think if the questions already been asked, i don't bother to answer it. Sometimes that pack mentality can work, because one person will say, well, have you got confidence in n this minister who's deemed to have steppet out of line? It can b show the strength of the lobby.
