Prior to his career at Johnson and Johnson ethicon he had quite a successful career in the medical device industry. He says that for him what i really like is new stuff, not old things or processes from big companies such as Ethicon. After spending time with many of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies he decided it was time to start up his own company.
