If you're a manager, how many one ond one meetings should you be having in a week? An ideal world, you have only five direct reports. A 20 minute meeting once every other week can work during a quarantine. When you're physically present with people, you kind of get the flavour of what's going on for them,. and you don't get that in a remote situation. I think it's also important to spread your one o ones out. Often i'm coaching some one, and they'll reserve monday for one o ones.
