Frida Ghitis: I started by trying to get super productive. And then when that wasn't helping slow down the blur of time, i i decided to try to set big goals. What you stumbled upon was this idea of trying to find more meaningful moments. She says having a daily highlight is what she calls her "high light" and it can be anything from going for a run after work to looking forward to lunch with friends every day.
