There's still a lot less scout-like than they could be because of a number of factors. Part of the goal of my book is to make this mindset more salient and point out all of the ways in which it helps you. And so I think just having a lot of salient examples can help people act more like scouts, even if they already kind of in theory accepted this is a good thing to do.
