When You Go Back to Comfort, It Affects Your Destination
One of the struggles that i have is when people choose comfort over discomfort. And so you've got to stop and handle that thing, or maybe your processes get jacked up. Not a company that comes through strap land that we don't discover processes that either don't exist or are not operating well. So something jacks up your processes that can pull you off track, or you go back to comfortable patterns.
