Creativity is the most future proof set of skills, it's creative skills which are going to have the most long lasting ability and careers. The whole school system is been like everyone in the classroom is trying to get the same answer, and that's the only right answer. Creativity is almost always the top soft skil. I don't like its being categories o soft skill. Education america is totally in terms of where the future's going. There's a ton of automation and disruption coming through ai and machine learning and like that's not goin t way. But education system is still learn how to memorize, learn how to be good a test.
