The Differences Between a Consultant and a Municipal Engineer
When he first moved to the US, I worked for a private sector. With the private sector, I was jumping from job to job to job, whatever. So when I joined the public sector, I had some really good experience for a starting assistant engineer. And then I also had gone to Cal Poly Pomona, studied GIS because I really liked it. Now I'm an environmental engineer and I took over all the water conservation energy conservation.
