Is There a Need for Women in Leadership?

i think sometimes i'm used to the race issue not translating easy, but then to come behind and see the gender issue, it's just like, this is really important. And maybe i'm hitting up against some, some realities that are present within the church that i'm not aware ofen so i think that has been interesting me to unravel some things,. how can i advocate for better and understand the waters and i'm playing it.
