The Percentage of People Who Are Not Contributing to ROI
There are so many people who are doing nothing meaningful in large organizations where they're not contributing to the bottom line. They're just contributing to cancerous tumors that are on top of that organization, like from a governance standpoint. Are there middle managers? Are there basically bullshit jobs of people who are not benefiting kind of who are not actually doing things that are beneficial? I do agree that that exists to some degree, right? Like, yeah, I'm actually surprised. What portion of people would you say is a fair number to say is like, you know, like actualshit jobs? 70 to 85 percent.
