The Danes and Swain
In 1069, the rebels had a good chance at winning. But Swain had shown up too late and Asbeorn had sold out his allies. So by 1070, there was pretty much just hairword and its followers. It wasn't the easy conquest that had been promised. And I don't think the Danes cared all that much that a lot of this catastrophe was the fault of Swain and As beorn.
