I wanted to ask a little bit about your investments and the ways that you think about investments outside of training. So I know you've mentioned in the past about investing in US farmland. And so can you talk alittle bit about how that came to be where you already sort of well versed and an expert in that field or how did that happen? No, no, I'm still not an Expert in that field at all. But it's still something that every single day I can learn new option trading strategies out there.
