I think anybody can get in 7,000 steps a day. I never found any benefits over 15,000 and I found considerable downsides if I forced the issue. But be active, definitely don't be sedentary. And then of course, lastly, resistance train workout, you know, lift weights. So yeah, basically, this is my blueprint. It's really this simple. If you do these things, and you really do them, you don't overlook them or just kind of scoff like they are so trivial, uninteresting. They could benefit you a lot.
