I was very insecure as a younger woman but I think I learned to be secure and a trick I use all the time is I would ask myself what would a man do. He's not going to have the same self-questioning comments or insecurities of putting themselves down second guessing most men will they're not that complicated, she says. You can't just be secure overnight so you have to test it out and act the part until you start believing it. People will then respond you a little bit differently oh definitely they'll echo back what you think of yourself yeahYeah well I wish I had bought businesses before I dated it would have really helped me to keep the rules straight.
