Humphrey Hawkins Testimony

Last week was the semi annual Humphrey Hawkins testimony. The Fed chair has to talk to Congress people who are less qualified to question monetary policy than yours truly. He's going to answer a ton of questions about the banking system, but he's going to slip in things about interest rates. That's really what we're going to talk about here and why I think he's making a pretty large mistake.
