Heaton: This is a horrible idea. I get why they were trying to do it but I think it's a really bad idea. The operative phrase here is moral hazard. What has been sent out to the banking sector is don't worry about which bank to use if you're a company because we'll take care of you if the bank fucks up. Heaton, this was done without any kind of act of Congress or any kind of hearings that's something you're super cool with, right? You see, Justin, this isn't a bailout because it didn't bailout. It's not taxpayer funded because it's gonna be funded by tax paying banks and their employees. And so
