The Importance of Unconscious Bias in the Contemporary Conversation
In the last like five or ten years there's been a turn toward the phrase unconscious bias and more recently away from that to implicit bias but what you're really really careful to to lay out is that it's not unconscious the way psychoanalysis understands it. Even the people who write about it are really clear to distance themselves from secularism don't worry we're not i'm on friday at all.
