I was getting abnormal heart rate alerts so often that it was stressing me out. And my heart would just be racing out of the blue. So I went to a cardiologist and after doing like a full echocardiogram and all this stuff, which was the right thing to do. Basically, the diagnosis was your heart is just fast, it's totally healthy and normal.
