In some states it takes three or four years, routiney, for some types of businesses to even get a license. Investors are certainly paying a lot of attention to the differences between states. Every state's regulated totally differently. And i think every investor ought to realisticly say that themselves,. whether they're investing in canada, where they h've already got their federal legalization and an emerging virginia market.
