The Importance of Core Strength for Climbing

I think a lot of climbers get it, you know, maybe some supplemental finger training along with just hard bouldering is going to get your fingers as strong as they need to be. But I do still see a lot of people just kind of floundering around as far as core training goes. The front lever, though there are moves on a boulder or a roof that you might hold a front lever type position. And same thing with crunching. You know but that's hip flexors, me as much as it is your abs.
