How to Spell a Word Correctly

Early English had a lot of wild vowels and what have you in there, right? And then all the great commercials came out and now the dictionary says it's was up. So that language changes. I think if the dictionary changes the spelling on something, that's the spelling. There are also quantum words, like restaurant, which can be R-E-S-T or A-R-A-U-N-T depending on who is looking at it.
