Having an initial fast first question or answer to your problem is also very valuable who cares if it's a little bit less accurate because sometimes the time between right and this is also what we do when we talk about consumer onboarding the first 20 seconds that someone is on your page they matter it matters They don't wait for like oh can I please have a demo can you get back to me Robbie in three days with my demo account stuff it's like this doesn't happen so I think this this short amount of reaction time will play a huge role
