How Do You Justify Your Existence?

I'm a strong believer in ask for forgiveness, not for permission. I convinced through outcomes rather than asking for, for permissions upfront. You need to find somebody in the organization who has responsibility, accountability, ownership of a challenge like this. quantification of youth experience is already hard and many people struggle with this. And now if you take it one level up and saying like how do we quantify internal processes that don't even are directly touching our end consumers, that's an even harder thing to do. But there are many, many metrics that one can apply and that we do measure and keep track of.
