How to Prepare for Emotional Eating

Emotional eating is almost like a cue that there's some other things that you need as a human animal that aren't being met. So maybe you don't have enough time outside. Maybe you're not doing something with your free time that interests you. It just means that when you have the moment, I think there's a decision point or there are various decision points. And one of the options often is let me just want to see the kitchen and see what happens. But if we're not prepared, then it's easy to go down the obvious route which isn't the one that leaves us satisfied in the long run.
