The Importance of Neuroscience in Classroom Practice

I've had this experience I've run into teachers who tell me they're attempting to learn as much as they can about the brain and I always say that sounds like an arrogant approach. If important lessons from neuroscience exist for classroom practice I'm just not aware of them so what we really need is how do we then translate those insights from the molecular level all the way up to a cellular level.
