The Loss of Mentorship in Remote Work

A big theme in your piece is mentorship and really grieving the loss of mentorship that will inevitably accompany this move to remote work. I think one of those vexing biases that occurs when people talk about honestly the future of lots of things are already on the inside, right? They already aren't a position they want to be in or on their way to whatever goal they're at. So as an example, the way in which I've learned how to do my job is in part work with people like you where I can observe the way you manage conflict at work.
