How to Massage Your Fascia Nerve

The face is one of the best places to apply pressure. You can do this by laying on your side with a yoga bolster or rolled up blanket. Then you would deliberately breathe into the thorax so that your ribs move. These are another way of inducing a vagal relaxation response. And then the last thing would be to go into the gut zone into the abdomen. It's a very gentle thing, but not in an aggressive way.
