China reopening is the big catalyst that I think will be the event that brings on the energy crisis that fear is coming. The rumor that came out was somebody who seemed to be very well connected and in the know, said that they had heard that a committee had been formed to plan the reopening. That to me still sounds like credible intel. China plans things well in advance. It all logically makes sense.
