The Risk of Stagflation in the US
I do believe we will be able to get out of stagflation because of the interconnectedness in the world today, which is very different than when last we were in a stagflationary epoch. I don't think that China's growth and growth story from reopening is as much as everyone says it's going to be, but it's not going to be nothing. And there's also the giant that is India that is awakening. So I don't believe we're going to stay in stagflation for a long, God, I hope not. But I do believe that this is going to be a very big drag on expectations and markets going forward for the next few months.
