The Resilience Concept in Anti-Poverty Programs

The resilience concept encourages us to go beyond the first moment of household welfare ution. This has three main implication in terms of how we think about delivering anti poverty programes. Resience is about sustenable improvements in standards of living. We need not just to generate near tom gains, but to prevent future backsliding that erodes those gains. And this could be done through increasing capital now and decreasing downsight risk.
