About 75 % of people who check into a hotel for four nights or longer will reuse their towels at some point during their stay, you know. So what would happen if we took a lesson from consensus is simply included in the information on the cards and said that 75 % of our guests re use their towels some time during their stay? You're going to get a huge percentage of people, nearly 75, that are actually going to reuse their towels. And guess what that means for the laundry room people? They have less work to do. That means they pay a have to pay less.
