Sally Kohn: When I think about some of the tough stuff, when I bought your book Brave enough a while ago, five years ago or so, and I would just read a quote and be like, Okay, yeah, I got it that resonates or like I'm inspired. One day I had gone through the ending of a relationship and I was like having such a tough time and I live in New York and I would go by the water and I would journal and I was learning all of these different tools.
