What Have You Learned From Your Work?

Mark O'Mara: I don't know if, you know, when you set out to do what you're doing, you thought that you would impact as many people's lives as you have. What has actually surprised you about it? Like, are there any stories from people that have been so impacted by your work or something you did or said or something they learned from you? He says the first time each one happens, it's surprising. After after three or four marriage proposals, you're kind of desensitized and a nerd to things. Oh my God.
