Do You Know a Lot?

You can write a PhD about an oak tree. And I'm sure people have written PhDs about oak trees. You know nothing because you just attached a label to it. It doesn't mean you know what that is. That's the unenlightened or the unawakened condition which we call unconscious in spiritual terms. So when I say these people are unconscious, it means they are completely identified with the conceptualizing mind. They arecompletely identified with thought. That is unconsciousness, spiritually speaking, complete absence of awareness or space consciousness.
