The problem is that if you try to get a descriptively adequate accountable language, it is extremely interesting. And L with fundamental work for a long time seems to show that languages differed in such a fundamental property as well as the configurationality. The difference is kind of minor modifications on a fixed mold. But evolution has to do with how this fixed innate element evolves. If you can't figure out what that is, you can't read the question of evolution. Any theory is the way.
