How to Set Group Norms

It's so important to set the norms. Not everyone can sit through five hours on Zoom non-stop. So we've got to have rules about how long different bits of content go or how regularly we take little breaks. And you'd be so much better placed with your work to talk about this than me. But I think one of the really powerful things I've come to realise is that every time you shift context and, you know, in the instance of all this being thrust online,. it's soimportant to create rules.
