How to Lead Learning in a Globalized World?
When i became a class room teacher, that was the most profound learning experience i ever had. It wasn't until i was actually applying those concepts that i'd learned in a class room that i was finally able to witness some of the weaknesses of traditional approaches to education. This is the real learning, i think, i did, and has been foundational to the work that i do. And also just the perspective that i've been able to aline so closely with at a company like you, to me,. ah, and it's how i try to create learning organizations myself. I hope that's not too much of a cheating answer, because it still does have an element of formal education
