The Impact of Incentives

I learned working with Peter was that incentives really, really matter. I'm very leery of anything where someone would sort of like, unthoughtfully sign off on something because we don't know what the ramification is going to be. So I just think there needs to be a lot of thoughtfulness put behind it. And in wanting to have people make choices that they fully understand they're signing up for. The jury is really out on if you own a person, what happens? Do we by accidently get the brightest young people coming from something like that?
