There's a lot of interest in using physical practices to mitigate stress. Do not trust anybody who says it has been scientifically proven that their technique works better than the other ones at all. Just do something meditative or reflective every day or so, and it hardly even matters which one you're doing. If your entire life consists of every single thing on your shoulders that you can't say no to 24 seven, if you've finally said my well being is important enough  you're already 80 % of the way there.
