How happy we are in our lives and with our lives hugely determined our health. If you feel calm and content, you're less likely to need to drown your sorrows in half a bottle of wine every night if you feel pretty good about things. So often, life style, and this is one of the problems i have with a lot of public health messaging,. I think it's too dry, like alcohol. They have to give some guidance, but i find it too dry and unemotional. People don't change because of rational arguments. They change when you connect with their hearts through stories.
