Is Cross Training the Most Risky Thing?

If we're focusing on power, it is a very high intense activity. And so that does make the injury risk a lot higher. You don't want to pull a hamstring or rip a hamstring off the bone because you were doing your first pull stride at max effort. This allows us to kind of circumvent the mechanical breakdown while also strengthening the mechanical elements of your legs and endurance training more generally.
